Long Ridge’s LR-1 Data Center is our first powered shell facility under development and located on land adjacent to one of the world's most highly efficient combined cycle power plants. As this modular facility has been designed to be fully flexible for final fit-out to meet tenant requirements , LR-1 Data Center offers the ability to customize security, rack and hot isle layouts, cooling, back-up power generation, and mechanical designs.
